It all began with the purchase of a real estate franchise in 2001. Starting from the ground up, we began rehabbing our first homes together. Throughout the years, we built a strong range of experience in all aspects of home remodeling and new construction. After the housing crisis in 2008, we sold our franchise and moved primarily into the rehabbing business. Since then, we have rehabbed hundreds of homes and businesses and currently maintain a large portfolio of clients. We have renovated entire condominiums in locations such as Grove Isle, The Ritz Carlton, Ocean Reef, The Waverly in South Beach, etc., and we have completed projects for large commercial customers including Performing Artists and organizations in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Kendall, Cutler Bay, and Pinecrest.
